Terms of Service

We provide dedicated physical Mac Mini hardware. Upon activation, you gain full control (Admin/Root) of the device.

• 99.9% Uptime: We strive for network continuity but are not liable for force majeure (e.g., cable failure, firewall issues).
• Hardware Replacement: For physical hardware failure, we commit to replacing with equal/higher specs within 24 hours of confirmation.

The following acts are strictly prohibited to maintain network/IP health. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

• Any form of network attack (DDoS, port scanning).
• Sending spam mail (SPAM) or hosting phishing sites.
• Cryptocurrency mining or prolonged high-load computational tasks (unless pre-approved in writing).
• Hosting child pornography, violent terrorism, or other illegal content.

Due to resource scarcity and deployment costs, please read our refund policy carefully:

• No-Reason Refund Limit: After server activation, we do not support no-reason full refunds. Resource allocation incurs occupied cost.
• Failure Refund: If service delivery fails for over 48 hours due to our hardware fault, you can apply for a pro-rated refund for remaining days.
• Violation Non-Refundable: Fees are non-refundable for service bans due to "Strictly Prohibited Abuse" violations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NodeMac is exempt from liability for:

• Accidental loss of user data (please maintain off-site backups).
• Service interruption due to user error (e.g., deleting system files, forgetting passwords).
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g., profit loss). Our max liability is limited to your monthly service fee.
