We offer transparent pricing. Generally, once cloud service products are activated and resources allocated, no-reason refunds are not supported. If you encounter technical issues that cannot be resolved, please contact our support team, and we will assist based on the specific situation.
Currently, upgrading storage (SSD) and bandwidth is supported. You can submit an upgrade request in the console, and the system will calculate the price difference to take effect at the next renewal. CPU and memory cannot be hot-upgraded online due to physical hardware limitations; a new instance purchase is required.
Yes, every Mac cloud server is assigned an independent public IPv4 address, with upstream bandwidth up to 1Gbps (except Singapore node). You can freely build Web services, CI/CD build environments, or remote development environments.
We strictly adhere to data privacy protection regulations. When you release an instance or it expires, the system automatically performs a disk overwrite erasure to ensure your data is unrecoverable. Additionally, our data centers have 24-hour physical security monitoring.

No Fapiao Service We are an overseas service provider and do not provide VAT special invoices (Fapiao) for mainland China.
Electronic Receipt After successful payment, Stripe will automatically send an electronic receipt to your email, which can be used for reimbursement.
